Initially, I researched building on it. I found Mike here on Yelp and spoke with him on the phone. Mike gave great advice and actually encouraged me to keep the property and gave me resources to call for more information to build on the property. Mike did all of that without getting anything in return other than my heartfelt thanks. After completing my research, I came to the conclusion building was not the best option for me. I called Mike back and discussed putting the lot up for sale. Mike told me his marketing plan without pause. I was very impressed and signed up. Within two weeks I had multiple offers. I recently purchased a home where Mike was the seller's Broker. He actually helped me more than my own Broker. Mike was very good at promoting the property and protecting the seller. He has tremendous knowledge of the real estate market on the central coast and was very pleasant and professional to work with. After the sale, he was available and very helpful with questions about the area, and property and went out of his way to get us information about contractors and local services. I would have no hesitancy using Mike for any "Real Estate" needs.
We can not be happier with the service we received from Mike. Very knowledgeable and professional and super nice too. We bought and sold homes over the years and never had this kind of experience. He will go above and beyond to help. The home we bought is our vacation home and since we don't live nearby I can always ask Mike for recommendations, even months after we closed. I think anyone who is looking for a house on the central coast should give Mike a call. They will not regret it.
